Ezienyi Amaka Social Club International London started as a collection of respected friends who came together spontaneously under the banner of committee of friends to foster financial and good relations among themselves, and to promote and sponsor charitable and philanthropic causes.ย Following a series of meetings, Chief Greg Agwunobi and Chief Emmanuel Ahanonu willingly accepted the coordinating role for the group, and as a result it was decided to structurally formalise the group to remove the adhoc nature associated with it.

In November 2015 at a meeting chaired by Chief Greg Agwunobi Ezienyi Social Club International appointed a Constitutional Drafting committee which within 3 months produced an interim constitution that formed the basis of an election of interim officers. Chief Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ahanonu was elected as the Chairman. Chief Victor Amadigwe as the Secretary; Chief Igwe Maxwell Egbujor as Financial Secretary; Prince Kingsley Akano as Treasurer and Mr. Justman Anudokem as Welfare Secretary.

The club has a number of strategic aims and objectives: To provide spontaneous support (financial or/and otherwise) to members in time of need. To foster the spirit of unity, respect, discipline and good practice amongst all members. To promote, protect and defend the common interest of members safety and family welfare. To provide members with benefits where necessary such as assistance and relief in sickness, accident, disablement and distress. To encourage co-operation and peaceful co-existence with other organisations with the same or similar interests and objectives. To promote equality of opportunity for all members irrespective of gender, age, sexuality, disability, religion, culture, region or political persuasion. To engage in any other lawful activities that will help in realising the stated aims and objectives.ย
